yesterday..
the office was very COLD and the outside weather was HOT.really really HOT.i was outside around 3pm for my lunch,but soon after the food arrive,i don't feel like eatingggg...

In the evening,towards end of the shift,i feel bit dizzy,sore throat...erkkkkkkkkkkkkkk.was it because of cendol?my smoothies chendol from Sweetie tuh ka????kaze gimi?macaaaaammmm nak demam.soon i arrive to JB,i dropped by at kedai Mobil(kedai minyak),and bought panadol satu papan.Sebelom tidor makan 2 bijik...now i feel betterrr.. pagi pi pasar kejap ,get some ingredient fr tomorrow's cooking..made porridge for lunch...i eat 3 tablet Ru Ru Attack IB kazegusuri...legaaaaaaaaaaaaa.mata tak nak tidor lah pulak..cuacaaaa luar HUJannnnnnnnnnnn..oh i likeeeeeeeeee..i need some more rest lah...
A good friend in Tokyo asked me if i want to join a Marathon in Bangkok next November..shall i?..hmmm...42.5km..mampos gue...maybe kalo join pon,we will join 10km punya sudehhhh.Dedulu di KL,join jogathon pon mak dah ala-ala padam bila sampai garis penamat..
wakakkakakkaka.But that is not my concern..it just that,uncertain situatiion in Krungthep @City of Agnel @ Bangkok tuh make me worried.Manalah tahuuu...tengah sesedap lariiii,tetiba BOM meletop..heeeee..kowakunai?...habislah peluang aku nak merembat Pingat Emas kan????..bila ada event at congested place ni,takut jugak berlaku apa-apa..

Online TV commercial..ada satu nih dok iklan magic bullet...boleh buat air..sos..chop chili.juice..sos spagethy..buat smoothies...frosty drink..buat sos nachos...Blander serba gunaaaa...nampak bestttttttttttttttttttttt jerrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr....Aku nak satu okeyyyy!!!...
