when chicken meet oven, when cinnamon meet nut meg

weekend wasn't bad after all.

a friend of mine,decided to "invent" her proto type version of chicken pie at my place on Saturday.
She came with loads of ingredient needed,except the pie dough(!) the crucial one to make this into success.Boleh gituh noks???
she insist,to eat home made chicken pie,and mentioned her arwah emak always made that for tea, and explained,how delicious it was,and how happy the family was with that dish.
..ok,she missed her arwah mom i know....

knowing nothing,aku yang innocent ni..so dengan tidak tahu bagaimana hendak menjadikan doh tuh wujud...,aku godeh godeh my dapor,and start make dough with the guidance of..... google.com, while she was busy preparing the filling..

it turned out good.rupa adaaa...rasa?edible lah gituh.sedapppppppp...eh eh eh . naik lift tekan sendiri, terus tekan tingkat 58 terus gituh.tak agak-agak.keh keh keh

I thot,the PIE PIE cravings is over.

On Sunday,she came over again with plastic bag full with apple and all..to make apple pie pulak.
Haaa?..kemarukkk nyer pompuan ni.kali ni,we already learnt our lesson,tak kuasa nak berhempas pulas dengan tepung untuk buat doh,a little bit wiser,she managed to get ready made pie crust ..err..whatever you call it..
so,mix the chopped apple,nut meg-perghh,beli yg asli yg macam baru jatuh pokok ker,pakai lesung batu yer nak hancurkan nyaaa..gigih tak gigih??, cinnamon powder ,brown sugar ,pinch of salt, of into the oven in less than 30 minutes,the house was filled with sweet, cinnamon aromaaa......
ok..!!!yg ni rasa diaaaaaaaa..hmmm!!!!,lift aku tekan terus tingkat 120!!!takpon tingkat 540 !
memang sedap meletop !! MELETOP yer.Apple pie paling sedap aku pernah makan seumur hidop aku.
Perghhhhhhh..terbayang bayanggg lagi ni.
