anyway, life has been good so far.today, I woke up early,sort out my "office",get all the "stuff" needed,and mac donald for lunch.hmm,trying to get something simple to eat, after a HEAVY dinner the night before.
Last night, K1m Siang has invited me, edwin, wong, Kee, for dinner at Mutiara Hotel, the only halal certified chinese restaurant for hotel in town.OK.It was niceee...5 person of us.Aku kadang hairan, why everytime pergi makan,it has to be in a posh restaurant,where,it will be a broad range seafood(including lobster and shark fin, and of course, abalone),with meja besar,yang berpusing-pusing.Cina style,biasalah kan.Ok,not that we don't go for mamak.After class on Friday,we go mamak.But, this chinese style dinner is TOO OFTEN( !!!).Last week Saturday itself, TWICE a day.It was just me, Eng Eng,Lim and Kim S1ang,somewhere near Suntec City Singapore..Aku macam nak jer cakap.."errr....can we make our makan affair simpler?I just want Char Koew Tiaw goreng and sirap limau..can?".Tapi,orang kaya ni,entahlahh,benda simple pon jadi complicated ker?Bukan aku komplen, cumaaaa..errr...can we make our life simpler pleaseeeee...
And, towards end of dinner last night, he asked me, "Nora, you mahu desert apa?".That is after the waitress with mekap tebal segomak, said out a whole long list of desert yang aku pon tak faham satu haram apa ke bondo nyaaaa,cuma yg aku dapat tangkap "manggo something something".HAHAH.So,aku tenung muka Kim Siang,"errr..saya fruits pon OK...".Malas aku nak tenung menu tu.Then dia cakap."awak mahu cuba ni tak..its XXXX..its nice,"Kim Siang senyum kat aku..
Serius ,sampai saat ni,aku memang ingat gila rasa dia, PAHIT nak mampos, so called it made from various of herb, eaten with honey.Di ulang, pahit nak mampos yerrr.But ,aku memang TAK INGAT NAMA dia apa.memang azab aku nak habiskan,and they made FUNNY rule..."Nora,kalau kamu tak habiskan, kami tak mahu balik.tidor sini.".Dalam hati aku.."cilakak ko Edwin!"...and Kim Siang bagi pulak aku ceramah,the good of this "bloody desert"good for skin bla bla blaaaaaaa,and he patiently waited for me to finish it..i was really putting an effort knowing he is so nice to me( THE MOST HUMBLE PERSON I EVER MEET AND KNOWN personally,on this earth!) ,so if I don't goble them down,i feel rude..and i told them..err..i remember last time, i had this in japan, but was told it made of KURA -KURA after I forced myself to finish them.Errrr.....tak nak ingat ok!It really remind me of THAT.
This morning, he MMS me the photo of me eating that desert ..

boleh?????!!


btw, tomorrow ,i am meeting an old fren,who fly to Singapore...he will be coming down to JB..with the books that i have asked him to buy in Tokyo..i couldn't find those in Kinokuniya here in SG.I feel so bad, because, I do not have anything prepared, for his Omiyage !!
Tak sempattttt nak cari,but..apa eh nak bagi si Sato-san ni.?

And tomorrow at 5.30pm, also my first lesson with Ooyama-san, at JB Japan Club.

And Mr Banker will be in town tomorrow!!!!!!!
