Today, Fatima Zahra's mom will teach me how to make Pastilla, one of most popular Moroccan dish aside the tagine.
I was rushing taking shower when I saw her downstair. And I asked Mhamed, how to say sorry to her in Arabic.I want to appologize to her for being late..
Maybe because we ( or rather me!!) spend too much time at the wet market earlier. After we had a delicious bean soup as breakfast, we walk along the market-near the Bab Jloud(blue gate),Mhamed getting loads of things for the Riad ( guest house)- clean floor, sponge, air-freshner,those kind of stuff, and I keep staring at vegetables, taking some photos, buying fruits. Its season and its so so cheap.Things are cheap here. And its spring,so I can buy a whole lot of strawberry, few bijik of VERY sweet melon for less than 20 dirham !!!And there is artichoke....Life is good in Fes.
OK, back to cooking class...
